The Minority Cannabis Business Association (MCBA) is partnering with cannabis education company Green Flower to offer its members free education courses. Green Flower will offer MCBA members four on-demand certificate programs, including the essentials of cannabis retail, cultivation, manufacturing and trade.

Certificates offered by Green Flower programs include Dispensary Associate; cultivation technician; processing agent ; and essentials of the cannabis business.
“The cannabis industry is growing rapidly and creating new job opportunities for a new generation of professionals,” Kaliko Castille, acting executive director of the MCBA, said in a statement. “We are proud to work with Green Flower to prepare our members to take advantage of this educational training program that will prepare them not only to join the cannabis workforce, but to build their own successful businesses.”
Green Flower has partnered with colleges and universities across the country for cannabis education, offering certificates to enrolled and unenrolled students.
