Our students love The Music Box, our six-story bespoke arts center featuring three recording studios and a licensed 120-seat venue as well as classrooms, performance and practice rooms, three Mac labs, venues soundproof piano and editing rooms.

We already have a reputation for attracting, nurturing and producing active, ready-to-use talent. Our graduates are musicians, songwriters and producers working with George Ezra, Dua Lipa and Jordan Rakei; full-fledged artists like Tom Walker, Rhys Lewis and composer Nicholas Morris Rarity; or emerging executives from major music companies like Warner Chappell, Universal Music and Live Nation.

Due to internal promotion, we are looking for a Program Manager to manage our Music Business Degree and teach some of the exciting new modules recently validated with the University of the Creative Arts (Gold TEF). We don’t just teach how the music business works today – or worse, how it worked in the past – but rather consider how it could be improved. We believe we can collectively change the industry for the better – helping to create a fairer, more diverse, better educated… musically more exciting future!

In particular, we are looking for one or more passionate and experienced people whom they wish to share in one or more of the following fields:
  • General music trade: music industry landscape, streaming economy, ticketing and touring, music industry language and technology, pop music history
  • Digital Optimization: Building a Web Presence, Social Media Stories, Artist Branding and Audience Development, Digital Distribution and Marketing, Growth Hacking, Entertainment Analytics and Insights
  • Publishing, copyright and collections: file sharing, punches and copyright philosophy, online exploitation and royalty collection, international exploitation and royalty collection

We expect this to be a full-time position with around 20 hours of teaching per week during the term, as well as planning and administration work as a program manager throughout the term. year.
