(MENAFN – UkrinForm) Ukrainian Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal and European Commission Vice-President Valdis Dombrovskis met representatives of Ukrainian and European companies.
According to Ukrinform, Shmyhal wrote about this on Telegram.
“Together with the Executive Vice-President of the European Commission Valdis Dombrovskis, we met representatives of Ukrainian and European business and enterprise associations,” said the head of government.
The parties discussed the investment climate and expanding opportunities for Ukrainian companies in European markets.
In addition, Shmyhal spoke about the Ukrainian reform strategy and the plans of the Cabinet of Ministers for next year. He stressed that the certainty and predictability of government initiatives is one of the foundations of successful cooperation between the state and business.
As reported by Ukrinform, European Commission Vice President Valdis Dombrovskis said Ukraine has become the fourth largest exporter of food products to the European Union in the past five years.
