Yerramsetty named to National Small Business Association Board of Directors


Sreekanth Yerramsetty of Brambleton has been appointed to the Board of Directors of the National Small Business Association.

Yerramsetty joins the Leadership Council alongside other small business advocates from across the country as they work to promote small business interests on a nonpartisan basis to policymakers in Washington, DC.

“As a small business owner, I see daily the importance of being involved and active when it comes to laws and regulations,” Yerramsetty said. “Joining the NSBA Board of Directors will allow me to take our collective small business message to the people who need to hear it most: Congress.”

Yerramsetty is the owner of StrategyPundits, a company specializing in information technology, IT training, talent search and strategic management consulting. He has over 20 years of experience helping clients implement complex technology projects. He holds a postgraduate degree from Liverpool Business School in the UK and is an advocate of helping small businesses apply scalable technology solutions.

Yerramsetty said he joined the NSBA Board of Directors as part of its efforts to tackle the many critical issues facing small businesses, such as tax reform, regulatory restrictions, healthcare costs healthcare and the impact of the Affordable Care Act on small businesses.

The Leadership Council is focused on networking among small business advocates across the country while ensuring small businesses have a seat at the table as Congress and regulators agree to major small business proposals .
